Your First Visit 

Patient Forms 

Upon entering our office, our chiropractic assistant will welcome you as a member of our family. Like any doctor visit, you will be asked to complete paperwork about your medical history and reason for your visit.

One-on-One Consultation 

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. JoAnn Giesenhaus to discuss your health related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed to learn more about you, your condition and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.

Examination

After your consultation, Dr. JoAnn will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility. Our standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will also be performed.

Chiropractic Postural X-Rays

Depending on your specific condition, our state of the art diagnostic imaging allows us to view the exact structure of your spine and alert us of any serious spinal issues. In some cases, patients can even identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.

After, you will be scheduled for your follow up visit to discuss all your test results in detail in the Report of Findings.

Report of Findings 

After reviewing your health history, goals, and examining your spine and X-rays, Dr. JoAnn will give you a detailed report of all findings and review your spinal issues. She will discuss her recommendations with you and provide the best individualized treatment plan to restore you to optimal health.
