I’ve been a dancer for 14 years! Each year my knee and hip would act up, restricting my stretches and bothering me when I would perform. Doc told me it was from my scoliosis that was left untreated. No surgery needed & no cracking needed she told me… I am not even completed with my treatment, and I already am experiencing less knee pain and am able to dance without worrying about my knee feel like it’s going out of place.

From the moment I walked into the Core Wellness Center I knew I had finally found the right place for me. The staff made me feel very comfortable. They were so kind and caring. Dr. Joann Giesenhaus was amazing. She was extremely compassionate and really listened to everything I had gone through. For the first time in many years, I had hope that I would get better. She treated me as a whole person and did not just look one specific injured part. She saw how the injuries I had affected the uninjured parts of my body and explained how all the parts are connected. Dr. Giesenhaus uses a gentle approach. She shares her knowledge and encourages feedback. Wow! So different than the many doctors I have seen over the years. I/ we have made noticeable progress in the time I have been coming to Core Wellness Center. This is a place of Hope, a place where people genuinely care about their patients. I would highly recommend the Core Wellness center. My family and friends are astounded by how much I have improved.

Threw out my back recently and within a few days the core wellness team had me up and mobile. I’ve been a patient ever since and continue to increase my mobility and any back pain from sitting at a computer all day is becoming a more distant and distant memory. Even my fiance started coming to this location after some issues with headaches. She’s been less of a headache for me no too! Lol

Came in with severe pain, excellent come back. Dr.JoAnn is Professional, warm, funny and knows what she’s doing and answers every single question you have. Highly recommend and to top it off she works with a staff that are all AMAZING.

Nothing but positive things to say about Dr. JoAnn and the staff at Core Wellness Center! From the start, Dr. JoAnn was very comforting and made me feel comfortable about seeing a chiropractor again since she doesn’t twist/crack/pop you at all when adjusting. I primarily starting going to her for neck, shoulder, and TMJ pain after seeing countless doctors and specialists. With an entire whole body approach, I have noticed such a difference in not only my TMJ, but other aches/pains/issues that I have. With a herniated disc in my lower back, I have experienced no lower back pain since starting here! Shout out to Sam for a great massage, too! This is the only approach that has given me relief…..I would recommend Core Wellness to anyone looking to get healthy!

I am currently being treated by Dr. Joann Giesenhaus since June 2016 and have avoided surgery because of the treatments I am receiving. I also started a supplement program recommeded by her and I feel like a new person. I highly recommend Dr. Joann.

First off I would like to say that I have visited many chiroprators and I feel this is one of the best ,not only are they friendly but they truly want to help people with problems.They have a team of health workers that really care about their patients. I have been going here for over 4 years and have gone through a few major health problems and the Wellness Center has helped me through them . This is a place where they ,are you feel like family and not a patient. They have a wonderful massage therapist and a very good acupuncturist . Doctor Joann Giesenhaus can absolutely bring you instant relief and guide you in a healing path to recovery and health. In my first visit at her office, which she accommodated me due to my sever pain, was miraculous: I was pain free! In my second visit to her office, after she adjusted me, I was an inch taller! Granted, I am not new to the fiels of chropractic (as a patient) and have been treated by several practitioners. Doctor Joann Giesenhaus has clearly raised the bar to grand new hights.

Great energy, I always leave with a smile! I brought my 86-y old dad who after a few visits remarked about his gait, “I can’t believe it, I feel like my old self”, it doesn’t get better than that! I met Dr. JoAnn 2 days before a scheduled surgery I was having for my shoulder. She said “Why don’t you just let me have a try at that first?” I did…

Great experience at Core Wellness Center! After only one visit I noticed such a change in the discomfort I was experiencing. The techniques Dr. Joann uses are gentle and non-forceful, a welcomed relaxing feel versus some traditional chiropractic practices.

I’ve been to chiropractors before and was turned off by the “one size fits all” assembly line type of treatment. They jerk your head and neck and crack your back and you’re out. Not with Dr. G at Core! Compassionate, gentle adjustments, manually and with precision instruments, and a holistic approach to health. The results have been dramatic and lasting! Highly recommend. Great staff and massage therapy as well.

Core Wellness Center saved my life. I had been in chronic pain for almost one year.I was living on pain relievers. After seeing at least half dozen doctors and other practitioners I was about to resign myself to a life of pain. After a tearful conversation with a friend I remembered that a colleague had suggested Core Wellness. That Monday morning I called and made my appointment. When I first stepped foot in the door I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be. I was met with kindness and compassion from everyone. Dr. Jo took the time to explain to me what my condition was and gave me , holistic treatment plan-mind, body and spirit. Most of all she gave me hope. Hope that I could have my life back.
So here I am about 6-8 weeks into treatment and I am pain free. I am happy, able to work all day without pain relievers and am looking forward to my future. Do I recommend Core Wellness, Hell yea. I call them my Miracle on Main Street, because that is what they are. Kind, compassionate and skilled. I thank my God everyday and am grateful for their help.
